You can use FTP, file transfer protocol.

Your FTP address is included in your welcome e-mail, please use the Windows FTP client or a FTP client you already have installed. If you are not sure if you have an FTP client then click just click on the link in your welcome e-mail and enter your credentials.

Your credentials will consist of a username in the format of: ftp@yourdomain.com with your account password. Your files will then be displayed in the folder and you may upload files into the html directory.

If you prefer, you can use an FTP client such as smartftp.com. If you are a business user we are also happy for you to use SCP.
